Boss Bespoke interprets the language of the Boss woman collection, created by Artistic Director Jason Wu, with a new idiom. Tailoring, geometry and details from Boss Man’s DNA provides the keys to describe the new range of luxury accessories. The straight silhouettes are inspired by the practical yet luxurious details of made-to-measure man tailoring. The outer seams give decorative emphasis to the structure, the leather liners hide useful small pockets. The cuff-links have been turned into a padlock closure system for essentially women accessories.
With a turn of the key, man and woman universes come together. BOSS Bespoke, entirely made in Italy, uses the highest level of craftsmanship and finishing to offer a timeless quality to all its products. Geometric forms contrast with natural materials and forms; calfskin and pony skin are combined with the classic mélange wool, used for dresses and suits in Wu’s prêt-à-porter collections. The tuxedo’s color combination is inspired by the BOSS womenswear’s icon, while the all-black models are made of fine materials to enhance the differences between textures. From September, a bespoke service will be available as a complement to BOSS Bespoke line. Clients will have to opportunity to choose colors and materials according to their tastes and needs.
