Gherardini launches a collection of men’s bags

Gherardini launches a collection of men’s bags and put face to face men and their relationship with this accessory. The topic became a dialogue involving many parts, focused on an important question: what features will have the man bag? Gherardini, historic Florentine leather brand, part of Braccialini Group since 2007, is ready to launch a men’s capsule collection at the nextPitti Immagine Uomo edition, in June 2015.The debut will mark the 130th anniversary of the brand, and in anticipation of the event, the Tuscan Group launched a reflection about a transversal topic: the role of accessories in contemporary travelling. Thought as a moment of active confrontation on the relationship between men and bags, the event became the occasion to share ideas on the use, function and evolution of men’s bags, and an attempt to discover which accessory men will prefer in the near future.

On the subject, a group of relevant personalities from the fashion world as well as institutions, art and economy, has been selected. Artists and businessmen, varied in age, geographical and cultural backgrounds. Successful man of that Made in Italy system of values, combining creativity and quality in a new contemporary way, and based on the craftsmanship tradition and cult of quality. “It was time to give space and energy also to men accessories”, says Riccardo Braccialini “We want to strengthen the brand abroad and for this reason we cannot overlook a segment that in the future can give some satisfaction. You will soon hear more news.”
